us. increasing sunshine today as we head towards sunset. temperatures will be in the mid to upper 50s. a look at the morning commute. what are you seeing? >> still have our major traffic alert in the north bay. northbound 101 at novato, a full closure at san antonio road. all traffic forced off at atherton due to this flipped semi. you can take state route 37 up to lakeville highway. otherwise you have to take side roads. a quick check of video from that scene, this was about an hour ago. so about an hour and 40 minutes in to them trying to clean this up, that is a motocross ramp you're seeing. so it jackknifed. quite the mess there. keeping a close eye on that. we'll take a look at a few other slow spots around 5:10. a 49ers player accused of domestic violence goes to court this morning despite the fact that his accuser changed her story.

>> prosecutors decided to pursue the case even though the ex-girlfriend says she's not a victim. abc news reporter matt keller live at the sclount courthouse. >> reporter: a plea hearing is scheduled today for rubin foster. the district attorney's office filed charges against the 49ers linebacker earlier this ngt mo for an alleged domestic violence incident on february 11th. he's accused of punching his former girlfriend in the head several times and physically removing her from the home. in a statement released last week, her attorney says she initially lied to police about the incident and suffered her injuries as a result of a fight with another woman. she claims there's video documentation of that fight. the statement says ennis was extremely upset and told foster if he broke up with her, she would trash his career.

49ers are waiting for the case to end before making any decisions on foster. today's plea hearing is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. a murder in a quiet east bay city has residents a bit nervous. albany police are looking for witnesses after sunday's deadly shooting. abc 7 news reporter kate larsen was the latest developments. >> right under the bar tracks on a busy bike path where children play a man was found shot in broad daylight. >> big surprise, very big surprise. >> reporter: he lives right across the street from where police discovered a gunshot wound on a bench around 11:30 in the morning. he didn't hear any gunshots and couldn't believe the crime scene, right outside his front door. according to citydata.com before this homicide there had been only two murders in the past 15 years in albany which explains

the ropes. abc news reporter amy hollyfield is there live with what they're up to. >> reporter: good morning, alexis. the message this morning is you may see someone dangling from the bridge. don't call it in. that person is supposed to be there. way tont to get a closer look at the bridge. they want to get an up-close look at every rivet and every seam. usually in the path they've inspected it from a distance with binoculars. an engineer is pointing out the salty marine environment can corrode the steel. you'll see workers strapped in to ropes and pulleys, repelling down the towers, never dangling directly over traffic, you might see them. they want you to be aware. these inspections are set to take a week, maybe a little more. they are telling us it will not interfere with traffic on the bridge. live in sausalito, amy hollyfield, abc 7 news.

metering lights at about 5:28 this morning. one mass transit note to pass along. mike has been telling us about the quake centered if alamo. that means b.a.r.t. following standard procedure, slowing the trains down and checking the tracks. so a ten-minute delay system wide for b.a.r.t. riders. highway 101 in marin county is back open after a rollover crash near san antonio road. a semi truck overturned just after 2:00 a.m. blocking all the northbound lanes. nobody got hurt but one person was detained at the scene. police are investigating if alcohol or drugs may have been factors in the crash. a 49ers player accused of domestic violence goes to court this morning despite the fact his accuser changed her story. >> prosecutors decided to pursue the case against reuben foster even though the ex-girlfriend says she's not a victim. abc 7 news reporter matt keller
