metering lights at about 5:28 this morning. one mass transit note to pass along. mike has been telling us about the quake centered if alamo. that means b.a.r.t. following standard procedure, slowing the trains down and checking the tracks. so a ten-minute delay system wide for b.a.r.t. riders. highway 101 in marin county is back open after a rollover crash near san antonio road. a semi truck overturned just after 2:00 a.m. blocking all the northbound lanes. nobody got hurt but one person was detained at the scene. police are investigating if alcohol or drugs may have been factors in the crash. a 49ers player accused of domestic violence goes to court this morning despite the fact his accuser changed her story. >> prosecutors decided to pursue the case against reuben foster even though the ex-girlfriend says she's not a victim. abc 7 news reporter matt keller live at the santa clara county

courthouse. >> reporter: reuben foster is scheduled to be here at 9:00 to enter a plea. the district attorney's office says it's business as usual. they're moving forward in this case with or without this alleged victim. prosecutors filed charges against the 49ers' linebacker earlier for an alleged domestic violence incident on february 11th. he's accused of punching his former girlfriend in the head several times and physically removing her from his home. in a statement released last week, rick card says ennis lied to police about the incident and suffered injuries as a result of a fight with another woman. the statement says ennis was extremely upset and told foster if he broke up with her, she would trash his career. the 49ers say they're waiting for the case to come to an end before they make a decision about foster. live in san jose, matt keller, abc news. an extremely rare october

sacramento county sheriff's department in 2001. she spent much of her career trying to solve this case. >> the focus was on the rapist. really, the true story in this case are the victims and how they have survived. >> daley still keeps in contact with the victims. when deangelo's arrest happened last week, she called family member. the daughter of two people killed by the golden state killer doesn't want him to face capital punishment. police believe deangelo murdered carroll's father and stepmother. >> i absolutely do not want the death penalty. the death penalty is a private room on a wing at san quentin. i don't think this man should be allowed to rest and think he's safe. i want him to feel as unsafe as possible. i want him to worry about every other inmate who actually values

women. >> carroll says she believes deangelo is exaggerating any disability he has. he rode in a wheelchair during his first court appearance. a member of the jury that convicted bill cosby last week is speaking publicly in an exclusive interview with abc news. 22-year-old harrison schneider says he's convinced the jury made the right decision. he said he went in not knowing much about bill cosby, the allegations or the me too movement. cosby was charged with drugging and sexually assaulting a woman in his home in 2004. schneider says it was not an open-and-shut case but cosby's own words convinced him of his guilt. >> i think it was his deposition. he admitted to giving these quaaludes to women, young women in order to have sex with them. >> cosby is set to be sentenced within 90 days and faces up to 30 years in prison. you can see more of the exclusive interview on "good morning america" around 7:30

a.m. this morning another earthquake has rattled the east bay. according to the u.s. geological survey, a 3.3 magnitude quake hit alamo at 4:55 this morning. let us know if you felt it. this does follow self-quakes yesterday in the danville area including a 3.0, 2.7 quake as well and another 3.0. that was the order of those. there were no reports of damage or injuries for any of these quakes. the man who used a quiz to harvest your personal information from facebook may have done the same thing on another popular social media site. the shortage that could keep people in one local community from swimming this summer. you're never more than seven minutes away from my accuweather forecast. right around the castle rock regional recreation area for

late saturday night. a march from pacifica stopped to help and says a woman on board jumped off but landed on her face. one of the passengers explained what went wrong. >> the motor went out on us, the diesel ran out. >> the man who helped the sailors said he knew something was wrong when he saw the lights on the boat. >> my family and i were driving back from the city, and which saw the light of the boat in this surf line. just lucky i was there i guess. >> a person on board says they'd been sailing for 11 hours, headed for san diego. no one on board was from the bay area. i'm keeping my eye on this, a huge wildfire burning right now in arizona. it's called the tinder fire. it's more than 8,000 acres. it is burning south of flagstaff. evacuations have been ordered overnight and hundreds of homes

still in the mid 50s at the coast. low to mid 60s elsewhere. no spring warmth when they head home this afternoon. not bad. >> here is a look at the north bay. 50 this morning. 66 throughout most of the afternoon hours for the south bay. we'll head back down there where we started. 51 at 8:00. almost total sunshine and mid 60s as we head through the afternoon hours into the evening hours about 56 degrees. monday morning we start off with an earthquake in one area, colder-than-average temperatures. how is the commute? >> unfortunately action there as well. heading to the east bay, this is our biggest issue about a 25-minute delay on southbound 680 as you cross over highway 4 into the pleasant hill area. a multicar crash near concord avenue. the fire department is on the scene blocking the three left lanes. sounds like some of the vehicles involved in this are still blocking the roadway. that is at a standstill.

you want to take pa chak co-boulevard or head south on 242 for an alternate. checking these speeds, eight miles an hour, seven miles an hour approaching the scene. you're barely moving. the good news is, if you take 42 once you make it past the crash, 680 looking good through walnut creek. on the bay bridge toll plaza, the metering lights on for just over an hour. that happened around 5:28 this morning. typical delays starting in the maze and the rest of the way into san francisco looks great. we'll check on drive times coming up at 6:50. may is bike to work month. ford is providing b.a.r.t. riders with a free one-month membership forego bike including the new e bike. riders will have access to unlimited 45-minute trips for 30 days. they'll be at 16 different stations at san francisco, berkeley and oakland.

claiming to work for fedex asked for $350 in processing fees. fedex says it does not send unsolicited messages or e-mails to customers requesting money. non-profits in napa and son moment ma counties desperately need volunteers. from mental health specialists to translators to people who can rebuild trails. the press democrat reports more than 1,000 volunteers are needed in the next six months. many families victimized by the fire still have to rely on non-profits for food. volunteers need to cook it and serve it. there's plenty to do for everyone who can spare the time. abc 7 was at people's park for a celebration to mark the 49th anniversary of its creation. the park was just a muddy parking lot until 1969 when the city turned it into what would be a central gathering point for the free speech movement. organizers of yesterday's celebration say they are committed to preserving people's
