today. >> eyes burning, coughing. >> reporter: students and a teacher reported a smell and said they had trouble breathing. firefighters moved in while they were trying to figure out what caused this issue. six were taken to the hospital. >> i had two friends in the classroom. they were in the worst condition because they were coughing really bad and their skin was red. >> reporter: it was believed a pepper spray made everybody sick. an unknown number of students left the classroom before help arrived. officials are asking those students to shower and change their clothing and if they experience any symptoms call 911. >> hundreds of students, parents and faculty held a vigil for a

data. births induced at 39 weeks have fewer complications than newborn deaths. >> san francisco is giving you more time to cross the street. members of senior and disability action gathered on the corner of gary and presidio street announcing major changes. the city will adjust the walk and don't walk signals and increase the amount of time that pedestrians have to cross an intersection. advocates say the original formula of four feet in for you seconds was calculated for younger people. the new formula is for pedestrians covering three feet per second. the bike path on the bay bridge will be open around the clock. it's been closed from 9:00 at night to 6:00 in the morning. the aim of the test is to see what's needed to make 24 hour operation permanent.

you are never more than seven minutes away from my accuweather forecast. starting at 8:00 friday evening a high wind watch for elevations above 1,000 feet. north bay, east bay and south bay. northeast winds will gust 25 to 35 miles per hour. around midnight when some of the fastest winds are blowing. gusts in our highest elevations around 55 degrees. the high wind watch ends at 4:00 saturday morning. you can see the wind starting to taper down to around 10 to 25 miles per hour. they will get slower as we head through the day saturday. we have that window while most of us are sleeping of gusty winds and a noisy night. taking a look at the south bay, one new issue on the southbound 880 off-ramp. thank to you christopher. he sent a tweet. just saw this crash a semi went through a sidebarer ee eer -- r
