>> you may not pick it up. >> reporter: the officer denies putting himself out there as a cia agent and using an alias. he denies saying anything about osama bin laden. as for the officer's complaints against sfpd they are still under investigation being conducted by the department's internal affairs. police are looking for a man accused of taking photos of female students in a bathroom stall. two women have come forward. in one case the suspect held a cell phone underneath the stall and took photos or video tuesday night. that happened around 7:45. ten minutes later another student says the suspect did the same thing to her. he reached over the partition 0 to snap photos. the women say the suspect in his 20s or 30s, around five feet six inches tall with either gray hair or a bald head. he was last seen wearing a black

why. this all happened at the end of the school day yesterday here at oak grove high school. students and a teacher reported a strange phenomenon and then said they were having trouble breathing. firefighters moved them to the lawn for treatment as they tried to figure out what was causing the issue. 12 perm were decontaminated on campus. six were taken to the hospital. >> the fireman said you can't go to her because they might be decontaminated. of what i don't know. >> reporter: a lot of confusion early on. east side union high school said it was a pepper spray. a number of students left campus before help arrived. a fire department spokesperson is asking those students to shower and wash their clothing and if they experience any symptoms to call 911. hundreds of students, parents and faculty held a vigil for a students who died at san ramon high school in danville.

the 19-year-old multiple times. investigators said she named her killers with her dying breath. her father is expected to attend the plea hearing. city council will address allegations of sexual assault. students accused him of unwanted hugging and making inappropriate comments. complaints go back to 2002. he denies the allegations. according to the bay area news group the council may consider censuring him. uber's self-driving cars may be back on the road in the next few months. uber's ceo touched on the issue yesterday. he said bringing back autonomous vehicles will to be done in the safest way possible. uber suspended testing self-driving cars after one of them got into a deadly crash in arizona. the company will have to apply for a new permit with dmv
