>> reporter: she left her fairfield home today saying she was meeting with attorneys. but by afternoon the solano county d.a. office amended their complaint to include nine new felony counts of child abuse. >> we believe that we can prove beyond a reasonable doubt that she is the -- the allegations are that she committed nine felony counts of child abuse. >> the mother says the d.a. says the mother and father have both alleged to have strangled and purged and water barred the children inside the fairfield home. a tour of the home yesterday showed a room where ten slept, animal and human feces making some hallways impassiblered according to police. the investigation started in march when a 12-year-old ran away. authorities returned him to the family home in fairfield which led to the arrest of inn rogers for child endangerment. the 29-year-old father jonathon all isn't now jailed on seven
