was accused of opening fire. he had been pursuing her daughter for months and opened fire. he's in jail charged with capital murder. lawyers for the suspect telling abc news police say the tareenager used when are locked in a gun cabinet and had no idea of the plan. >> the family is a mystified as anyone else in this. >> reporter: the suspect remains in ksolitary confinement and on suicide watch. a san jose man has been arrested in connection with two peeping incidents in willow glen. he's taken into custody on friday. the incidents happened on may 1st and 3rd.

straight out of the west. looking at below average temperature fs for the week ahe. certainly breezy inside the bay. out on our east bay valley and windier we could see winds up to 40 miles an hour by late in the afternoon. certainly a raw feeling to the day today. with the clouds sing clinging to the coast, once again we'll see the slowest clearing, east bay, south bay and peninsula while the north bay gets a little bit more sun. as a result, temperatures could be slightly warmer in the north bay. south bay numbers, just in the 60s yesterday. we're sort of averaging all the areas down there.

here's the plan. by late monday, clouds at the coast. there's rain into the sierra nevada. into wednesday, another trough sets up. still rain in the mountains. fog at the coast. that means our pattern is staying unchanged. breezy around the gbay. some sun but wind is over 20 miles an hour at the giants game today. the accuweather seven-day forecast, notice all the 70s. a bit of a bump up tomorrow but 60s around the coast. 50s at the coast and the steady pattern with the low clouds and fog. pvery little change throughout the weekend. high pressure wants to build in but we'll get another pesky low that might keep the temperatures from really warming too much even into the end of the week. >> all right. just notice the traffic behind us on the bay bridge. it is bumper to bumper. i don't know if they're coming in for the giants game or stuck
