now from abc7 it, live breaking news. >> that breaking news is happening right now near toronto. 15 people injured and two suspects on the loose tonight following a bombing at strant. three of the injuried are in critical condition. the indian restaurant is located in a busy shopping center. the peal regional police put out a photo showing two people they're looking for. the men took off immediately following the explosion. this blast happened a month after a man drove a van down a busy street in toronto killing ten people. i'm eric thomas. dan ama are off. now to our other top story. this proposed plan to get b.a.r.t. to liver more will not be happening soon. in a controversial vote tonight, the board voted down the expensive expansion.

police say he inappropriately touchdowned the victim a few weeks earlier after asking him to help her get his classroom ready for the day. an armed civilian shot and killed a man who walked into an oklahoma city restaurant and open fire. the man shot a woman and young girl. they're expected to survive. another man suffered a broken arm trying to get away. the civilian killed the shooter in the parking lot. so far the attack is called a random act. a first for an officer in washington state tonight. guy gil tweeted these photos. a driver saw a small on the in the air. drove for 18 miles, stopped for gas and found a gun stuck in the front of his car. it's not clear if it came from an overpass or from other vehicle. the which wayia volcano is producing an unusual sight that could be dangerous. blue flamesing be seen burning cracks in the pavement. the effect is caused by methane
