explosion and saw a cloud of dust. one man said that the front of the train was smashed and the man driving the truck was covered in blood. the chp said that the driver's injuries are minor. and no one on the train was hurt. dwl new at 11:00, a fremont based uber eats driver is excuse accused of threatening a couple with a knife. it's uber's food delivery service. we have more on the strange situation. >> reporter: a couple trying to get in their apartment complex couldn't because a driver was politicking t inkin inking -- a blocking the entrance. the driver reversed and things quickly escalated. i spoke with the couple who did not want to be identified, they said that the driver rolled down his window and started to spit at their car and then they say he pulled out two large knives and threatened to stab them to death. he took off but they snapped this photo of his car.
