he is due back in court on july the 12th. new at four foush 50/50 santa cruz sheriff deputies have arrest add 15-year-old boy for a hammer attack in aptos that left three other boys with head injures. one critically injured. he is now in stable condition. investigators say they were able to identify and arrest the teenager from watsonville this morning. but they indicated that they believe there were other suspects involved in the attack and they vowed to track down every one of them. there are new details on the investigation after a woman's body was found in a stairwell at zuckerberg san francisco general hospital. 75-year-old luby lee anderson was reported missing may 20th. ten days later she was discovered in a stairwell at the power plant building on the campus. today the medical examiner said there is no evidence nechb was involved in anderson's death. but the exact cause of death hasn't been determined. across the nation and here in the bay area immigrant rights advocates rally today to protest

we're going to keep raising our voice. and we are going to fight against this practice. >> by now you are looking at the protest in los angeles. there was one in san diego and one in santa rosa tonight. all these activists say the trump administration is breaking with the longstanding u.s. policy of letting families stay together while their cases are processed they are demanding that congress stop funding immigration and customs enforcement. meantime, the aclu has filed a lawsuit against the administration. president trump for his part is blaming the separation on laws he attributes to democrats. larry. a suspicious fire four months ago destroyed a mobile health van that serves the homeless. . a new one will take its place thanks to donors covering a marilyn pores of the cost. here our our reporter david louie. >> reporter: the mobile van was a critical tool to provide regular health care to the homeless but someone set it on fire in february.

>> we need to get it replaced as soon as possible. >> however insurance only covered part of the $250,000 needed to buy and equip a new one. members of the leadership group stepped into action raising as the 150,000 needed in ten days from companies such as western digital, net gear and kla 10 corps. we are sitting in the backup unit but the new one is under construction in southern california and will be hitting the south bay by late fall. it will be outfitted with exam tables and chairs, instruments to take blood pressure and temperature and a sfensry. the non-profit gardener health services operates the van caring for more than 2,700 homeless people a year. the van is able to care for diabetes, hypertension, asthma drug addiction and respiratory illness. >> you never know what a warm hand will do and how will affects the person. sometimes it's just a matter of living another day. because it is stressful. it is difficult. it is kalking. >> patricia gutierrez received care from the van a few years
