state killer case. during the appearance today, a judge ordered search warrants related to the cases releaseland. they paint a picture of crimes he is accused of and how detectives tracked him down. according to the documents the dna came from swabbing the car door and a used tissue from a trash can. the wab was collected from the car door handle while deangelo was inside a store accord to the affidavit. >> a driver faces up to 7 years in prison. after being found guilty in a horrific traffic accident that killed a 16-year-old boy in san francisco. kevin sand died at the scene while his mother and sister were badly hurt. the violent impact of the september 2013 crash shredded the sand's minivan. police found jenny ju was driving erratically before hitting several vehicles. witnesses and surveillance videos helped prove the case. pleasant ton police arrested 11 people in a prostitution

sting. undercover officers set up an online advertisement and received dozens of responses the arrest took place at a hotel where the officers waited. they say a suspect showed up thinking he was paying to have sex with a 15-year-old girl. another offered to act as a pitcher. san jose fire officials say a 12-year-old girl nearly drowned inside raging waters park this morning. fire investigators say the girl was pulled from the wave pool at about 11:00 a.m. a life guard working at the pool initiated cpr while firefighters took over once they arrived. the girl was transported to a local hospital. sthe got medical care there. fire officials say the life guard's heroic actions may have saved her live. thank goodness. warning signs went up for swimmers and surfer after a large shork was spotted off the coast of pacifica. sky7 followed the shark about an hour ago as it swam near the state beach. the shark appears to be about 12 feet long. there have been no reports of it
