correctional officer who asked not to be identified. he wrote, you will recall how on multiple occasions you sexually harassed me. i spoke with his attorney, josh boxer, from his manhattan beach office. >> he experienced sexual harassment from sheriff smith and remained largely silent fearing retaliation. >> it's now part of an investigation at the equal opportunity department. the officer said smith was his supervisor at main jail when she first propositioned him and she touched herself in a way that made him uncomfortable. another time he said she handled a police baton and she propositioned him in a trailer while they worked the 1994 world cub. through a statement, sheriff smith said these false narratives are nothing more than an attack on the integrity of
