san leandro city manager back on the job after being cleared of sexual misconduct. he was accused by ceo of davis street family resource center. she claims he pressured her to have a sexual relationship with him in exchange for public funding. an independent investigators found a lack of credibility in those allegations.

the city council's vote to reinstate him was unanimous. cannot sue theranos. a federal judge ruled against a group last week saying indirect investors couldn't prove they were deliberately misled by the company. more than 200 people invested in funds that bought shares in theranos between 2013 and 2016. they claim the startup lied to investors about its capabilities. the group's lawyer says he might appeal that ruling. listen to this. a room in a luxury building in san francisco for under $1200? it sounds unreal, right? the startup says it has come up with affordable solution to housing crisis called home share. it leases apartments in trendy new buildings and then divides them into additional units by installing room dividers. for example, the living room becomes your bedroom and so does the den. one bedroom into two, two bedroom into three or four.

a 13-year-old student facing charges of planning a shooting in pleasant hills. the fbi alerted concord police about a threat against valley view million. they found social media messages threatening mass shooting on the last day of school. they had a search warrant at the home where they did seize firearms. he was arrested and taken to contra costa juvenile hall for terrorist threat. police asking for anyone with information to contact them. this morning a warning for new parents about baby monitors. one mom believes hackers broke into her baby monitor to spy on her son. >> we were eating and noticed the monitor started moving and pan's over to our bed and paused for a second and panned back over to our son sleeping in the bassinet next to the bed. >> she did disconnect camera and called police but never filed a

r.i.p. tom brady posted he watched the catch in person and ambushed clark at the orthodontist. he called him a hero who had an impact on his life. we have more reactions on abc7news.com. new details about the fatal head-on traffic collision in brentwood. chp tells us 20-year-old man from san francisco driving jeep comp us was trying to pass yesterday and when he did he crashed spoke a tow truck. the jeep went off the road, burst into flames. the passenger was life flighted to the hospital but later died. the 20-year-old rear passenger in the jeep suffered major but nonlife threatening injuries. also life flighted to the hospital. the two truckdrivers suffered minor injuries. pittsburgh police want to know who sent drugs to the business.

new york city delays 101 san francisco to sfo. bus ridership is down and the cause is creating more traffic. according to marin journal ridership declined more than 9% from july to march compared with the same period a year ago. the cause? buses are late because there's so much traffic. that makes people frustrated so they get back in their cars and that creates more traffic. plus the bay area home and rental prices driving out more folks more likely to ride a bus. warriors gearing up for game three of the finals. now we're learning if one of the team's star players will be back on the court. plus we want to know what you think about miss america's big decision to scrap the swim suit competition. in fact, they are not going to be using physical looks at all as a measure for the competition. we have a poll
