a new report out says pg&e equipment was responsible for 12 wildfires in the north bay. >> worst fires in california history. not included the tubbs fire in santa rosa. result of that investigation is not out yet. >> one was atlas fire in napa county. melanie woodrows th has that paf the story. >> reporter: remembers being in evacuation zone. destroyed nearly 800 structures, 6 people died. started in two locations. at one location a tree limb came into contac with pg&e power line. second location, a tree fell into the same line.
