our team signed up to see the team as dub nation gears up for victory parade. >> jessica castro and matt keller live in oakland at the start of the parade route. how is it looking, guys? >> good morning, natasha and reggie. the games are over today. it's all about the celebration. >> i can feel the excitement already. can't you, matt? >> yes. we've got all the people working out here. they put up balloons, getting set up for all the people to come out for the big day. >> we're certainly t oy onesot awake this morning, plen of people out here setting up. we also saw one fan already decked out in his warriors gear, staking out his place. home what the parade route is going to look like. here is a quick look as seen from our truck camera. it starts at 11th street and travels up broadway to 20th. it will make a right to harrison and another right down what's normally a one-way 18th street to lake side drive and another right all the way to 14th street.

>> of course, crews have been getting ready for the big parade all night setting up barricades and fences through downtown oakland. the championship banners are up all over downtown, so are the no parking signs. it's becoming a near annual tradition for oakland. another nba championship parade to honor the amazing warriors. three nba titles in four years. it doesn't get old, though, does it? >> it never gets old. not for the fans, not for us being out here this morning. especially, we have a few hours to go still. there's a little bit of work to be done. >> amy hollyfield on the parade route. she's hanging out with any fans out there. do you see anyone, amy? is it just you? >> not really. we feel a little alone. a couple of people together. i'll step out of the way. we have one nice man trying to find out where to put his chair. he gets the choice of the parade route this morning. plenty of spots available. not too many early birds yet but a lot of barricades, a lot of workers out here just trying to get set up and get ready for the

morning to 93 at 4:00. that's a 30 degree jump. look at all those mid to upper 90s. a lot of air conditioners. 50s and 60s for lows tonight. temperatures about the same tomorrow. see the break in the warm weather thursday and especially friday into saturday. hey, alexis. >> hey, good morning, mike. overall it's been fairly quiet on the roads this morning. however, we do have a new issue in a tough spot. central valley, hate to tell you this, westbound 580 past grant line road, reports of a disabled semi between two right lanes. lanes four and five are blocked right now. chp sending one to the scene as we speak but they are not there yet. so unfortunately that drive out of tracy will slow down significantly with those two lanes down. 17 miles an hour and 25 miles an hour respectively. we'll check out that drive time here in a moment. quick check of the bay bridge toll plaza. once again we have a stack up in the cash lanes until a few booths open. we're seeing this every morning now. we should have 30, 35 minutes

co encooron to b.a.r.t. may open later than expected. the extension could be pushed back to september of next year. the valley transportation authority originally planned to open the station last december. vta says it needs more time to test the lines in the new station. it's still hoping to open the line next march but warns it may be delays if any issues arise. a long time coming but good news about the kilauea volcano in hawaii. officials on the big island are letting some people back into their homes. they are also scaling back emergency operations like checkpoints and a 24-hour operations center. lava is still flowing from the vac volcano but it's going directly into the sea and not threatening communities. the mayor of kilauea county says as many as 700 homes have been destroyed by lava.

there's positive news for early risers. the case for drinking coffee grows stronger. a new study shows drinking three or more cups a day may help you avoid serious liver disease. johns hopkins study 24,000 people over six years. researchers can't prove cause and affect but those who drink three plus cups less likely to be hospitalized with liver related illness. coffee can decrease cirrhosis of the liver as well. if you ever wanted to work out in conditions like the 49ers, here is the chance. the 49ers fit health and fitness center will open in the fall in san jose. the center is modelled after fitness and conditioning programs the niners players go through. this video was provided by the team. there will be fitness classes and recovery treatments offered, too. >> that's pretty cool. work out inside today. you're never more than 7 minutes away from my accuweather forecast. here is the reason why. warmer than yesterday.grees look at all these 80s and 90s
