the crash scene still here. the tow truck, the black car and the dump truck. police tell us a neighbor called for a tow truck to remove a car from the front of the house. the driver reportedly brought the car onto the ramp and the car broke free and went down the ramp and hitting an employee. >> in any case, in the vicinity of the vehicle being rolled off the bed of the truck. so all of those people will be considered victims in the incident. >> reporter: the vehicle crashed into a parked dump the victim worked for the water

department. the driver of the tow is cooperating with the investigation. part of a new city program to help residents who might be in distressed. the city has released the name of the victim. 35-year-old lilliana. a statement that says in part we are devastated to learn that we lost one of our own employees this afternoon. lilliana was a dedicated public servant who proudly served. we still do not know exactly how this happened. vic lee, abc7 news. in developing runway

and the views from the east bay hills. patchy fog is beginning to form already. cooling trend is underway. kick into high gear and into the weekend. mild weather for father's day. there is that patchy coastal fog that will be around. overnight lows will be mainly in the mid to upper 50s. and tomorrow it is going to be another warm day inland but not hot as it has been in the last couple of days. antioch may top out at 90. and 92 at cloverdale and ukiah. 75 in san mateo and on the coast breezy and relatively mild in some locations. friday the cooling continues but only by a few degrees. gradual cooling trend. most inland locations will have highs in the upper 70s going

into the weekend. a few locations top out in the low 80s inland. we will see 60s right around the bay. let's take a look at the tropical storm bud which yesterday was a dangerous category 3 hurricane and has weakened significantly as it is moving north. suspected to make land form midday tomorrow somewhere near cabo san lucas as minimum tropical storm. it has potential to produce wide spread flooding rain and that path will continue north ward on friday up to north western mexico. and weakens to a tropical low pressure system. and here is the accuweather seven-day forecast for the bay area. as you can see that cooling pattern continues through saturday and temperatures bounce back a little bit on sunday, on father's day, and a bit of a
