curfews a few times a year. in legislator cornell barnard, abc 7 news. a deal is in place to keep a data privacy measure off the state's november ballot. the main supporter of the california consumer privacy act agreed to pull it after state lawmakers approved similar legislation as long as governor brown signs the bill by june 28th. that's the deadline for withdrawing med yurs from the ballot. it would require google, amazon and at&t to tell users what types of personal information they collect and whether they sold it. the warm weather is going to be perfect for san francisco pride weekend. it kicks off today with the annual trans rally and march. everyone is welcome to participate. that march begins at 6:00 p.m. and dolores and 18th streets and ends at turk and taylor. it is one of the largest transgender events in the world.

you're never more than seven minutes away from my accuweather forecast. i'll have that pride forecast coming up in less than seven minutes. want to focus on the possibility of poor air quality. this is the first time this year we've had a summer spare the air alert, the east bay hills and valleys and the sboi that have the potential for poor air quality. waking up pretty comfortable in san francisco, 51 to about 54 degrees. we've got 55 at the ferry building for the barm spot. here is a look at the bay bridge from south beach. looking at the western span. driving -- weather wise, everything thing is good as long as your air conditioner is working. for mass transit, cool but then it's going to get hot this afternoon. be prepared for that dynamic change in temperatures today. we'll start in the peninsula, 60 at 8:00, 10:0068. 77 at noon. look at the mid 80s for the afternoon hours from about 2:00 through at least 6:00, down to

across the golden gate bridge from san rafael, about 18 to 20-minute drive. to the richmond-san rafael bridge, looking great, no delays on the span. they had road work on the bay bridge. i has been picked up. overall we're looking great. we do have chain link fence that's being repaired westbound 580 near eden canyon. two lanes blocked off to get the repairs done. so far, so good. not a lot of traffic in the area. we know buying a home in the bay area is a challenge. now santa clara county is stepping in to give first-time buyers some help. the supreme court just made it more expensive for you to buy things online. this will be fun. disney land kicking off summer in an incredible way. in an incredible way. our jessica

it started a little early yesterday at the giants game with lgbt night and now we'll get full on into pride starting with 76 degrees and warm sunshine by san francisco standards. the warmest day will be tomorrow at 84. the cooling sea breeze kicks in sunday and we'll top out at about 69 degrees. here is a look at the pride parade. it technically starts at 10:30. 60 at 9:00, already 70, near 70 at noon. we drop down to 66 at 3:00,

about 62 at 6:00. as far as what's going on around the state today, it is blazing hot. 100s through the central valley, 115 in palm springs. 77 in l.a. a near record high 83 in tahoe. the record is 85. stays in the mid 80s through wednesday. a new program in santa clara county will help first-time buyers purchase a home by paying a large portion of the down payment. the $25 million program is funded by the affordable housing bond that voters approved in 2016. first-time buyers who make at least $150,000 a year for a family of four and are looking to purchase a house within santa clara county with a price tag of up to $800,000 are eligible. the amount will cover a down payment of up to 17% of the home's value. the median price of a home in the county is now over a million bucks. >> a lot of people need the help. we're glad you're with us on this friday morning. i think a lot of us are prepared

for the heat. you've been telling us it's coming for several days now. >> we've been watching this for a while. maybe the warmest temperatures of the year so far. especially tantioch and brentwood. 94 in los gatos, near 100 in gilroy, going to santa cruz, enjoy the boardwalk and sunshine, 78 degrees. san jose proper about 91. a few 90s are possible especially around redwood city, mid to upper 80s until you get up to mail bray. look at this. another sunny day at the coast just like it was yesterday with upper 60s, maybe mib 60s city. as far as our lows tonight, we're looking at temperatures that are going to run mainly in the 50s to a few 60s out there. in fact you can see places like concord and antioch at 62 and
