executive order last weekending the separations. but at last check only a few hundred families out of more than 2,000 have been reunited >> a march and protest is about to get under way in concord. the group is deeply opposed to a plan to convert the old naval weapons station into in ady tension center for immigrants. leslie brinkley is live at the concord b.a.r.t. station with the latest. leslie. >> reporter: well a call went out on facebook for people to gather here at the concord b.a.r.t. station for a march to concord city hall at 5:00. it's in opposition to what they call a concentration camp that is supposed to go up just east of here at the concord naval weapons station. . the federal plan mentioned in a leaked document last friday calls for 47,000 mierpgts to be housed at the concord naval weapons station. millions would be spent to construct a tent city there to house the immigrants as any wait for court hearings. >> i think the suggestion is

pawnee fire lurnd 11500 acres. firefighters have made some progress. but it's still just 5% contained. 22 building have been destroyed. about half of them are homes. 600 structures remain threatened by flames. he w> raging out of control since this past weekend. forcing people to evacuate from homes. >> this map shows where the fire is burning. it is north of highway 20 and to the east of clearlake oaks. and that's where abc 7 news reporter wayne friedman is liver after spending another day in the fire zone. >> reporter: good afternoon, dan, this is the best and safest vantage point. ucht of the day is blue south where we stand now. then the winds change and burning are burned back on it'sive seven. they are specking another change in wind pattern shortly. there were moments in lake county today when flames filled horizons and blue blue show chick it might have helped view ifs we had had an eclipse.

a busy day for the supreme court certainly. the justices also maid a pivotal ruling on a california law that achkts anti-abortion pregnancy centers. >> spernts experts say the high court decision could have a far reaching consequence. abc 7 news reporter carolyn tyler joins us with more from the newsroom carolyn. >> there are said to be around 200 crisis pregnancy centers innia. the state law struck down by the high court was designed to make it clear the facilities doesn't offer abortions staff at the alpha pregnancy center on mission street in san francisco had no one to talk with us on camera but knew all about

today's u.s. supreme court decision. the justices ruled anti-abortion facilities no longer have to follow california's law requires they inform clients about state funded aboerpgss and birth control. the alliance defending friedman had argued the case for the centers. >> we are very pleased with the decision especially pregnancy centers. this means they don't have to promote the message of the government against persons who have a belief. >> san francisco assemblyman david chu co-authored the law and calls the decision disappointing. >> we were simply trying to ensure that women receive timely and accurate medical information. >> but upon a 5 high pressure 4 ruling the high court sided with the anti-abortion centers. justice thomas writing california's law quote likely violates the first amendment as a form of compelled speech. the ruling could have unintended consequences. uc hayesings law professor david

it would dwarf the lexington reservoir. that's where david louie is live with more on an interesting plan. >> you could say that. $1.0 billion is a lot of pen most going towards construction but $2 oh oh million alone to ainquire the land. for that the south bay will get the largest reservoir ever with the capacity nearly eight times that of lexington reservoir. the this is the 274 acre site north of pacheco pass road where the reservoir is proposed. there is an existing 6,000 acre reservoir used by a water district. the 140,000 square reservoir. females the feeds for a quarter million household for aier. the big project has a price tag to match. $$969 million. the valley water district applied for bond money from the state population proposition 1 covering half the cost.

another water district will chip in process. while it may take ten years for completion, district board member gary kremens says drought is always a concern. >> not only is the drought not over we could be heading into one right now and need to be prepared it's the only way to keep safe, clean affordable water for the citizens of santa clara county. >> a 3919 foot high earthen deem and spillway with pipelines would be part of the project. this will be the largest reservoir project in the bay area in about 20 years. >> is this a bullet proof solution for the future. >> this is not a bullet proof solution. we need a proefrlt solutions. we need more reservoirs, more waterou recycled water. we need to keep conserving. >> the reservoir are capture run off from rounding esurrounding hills and provide backup if other water sources such as the deltsa can't meet demand. this will expand the storage from 10 to 11 reservoirs. environmental impactsides must be done creating hurdles the
