although that has increased. we will see the humidity continuing to increase. gusts occasionally up to ten miles per hour. temperatures will probably not drop very much in the next couple of hours. we will get a sharper droproprop tonight. we have red flag warnings across much of the bay area. the red flag warning expires at 5:00 sunday morning. over in the east bay hills and the north bay hills, many locations will be under these warnings. you can see wind speed from ten to nearly 30 miles per hour generally, and over in the east bay and near concord and other parts of the inland east bay, so

montecito and crystal ranch still very much evacuated right now? >> my understanding is they are still evacuated. >> steve, as you approach sundown, what are the goals here? what's going to happen? >> continuing to attack the fire now. proven to be a somewht stubborn fire and also working on quite a few hot spots across the entire area of the fire. so that is what is going on and that will continue until the fire is controllable and we're able to -- >> steve. thanks. thanks for coming on. looking again at helicopter dumping water on the flames. a couple of air that have been dropping fire retardant ahead of the flames.

ghost ship warehouse fire that killed 36 people. >> a reported plea deal which means no trial in the case. >> leslie brinkley is live with more. >> reporter: attorneys for both defendants told us they were not allowed to speak publicly. the judge ordered them not to speak publicly. but a plea agreement was actually reached today. a long hangs in the balance where today a judge put a plea deal on the table according to tony serra attorney for almena. no contest to 36 counts of involuntary manslaughter in exchange for eight years behind bars. he could be out of jail in less

a trial that is expected to bring in over 70 witnesses and last six months. so again, this morning attorneys were talking and alluding to a plea agreement. by this afternoon, the judge ordered them to stop talking about it. both defendants will be back in court at tuesday 2:00. that is the day we should learn more details about exactly what was negotiated. in oakland, i am leslie brinkley abc7 news. thank you very much. more details of a cold case murder. the family is saying they are finding closure. even though the prime suspect shot and killed himself. >> david louie has more on this case. >> reporter: detectives thought they were going to find clues. they were at his apartment door

a mother in san francisco is angry tonight after her 5-year-old son was left board a muni bus while taking part in a summer program. staff didn't tell the mother about it. it is a story you will see only on abc7 news. >> reporter: she trusted the city program to look after her son. but monday peyton says staffers lost him on a muni bus during a trip. >> the people lost me on the bus and all of the other people went and they forgot me. >> reporter: staff followed protocol. >> the person who swept the bus said the child was coming off

firefighters have been fortunate because they say this fire has stayed on the grass and stayed out of the brush. you can see just the amount of area this fire has covered. we have also learned the potential cause for this fire firefighters were saying it is a vehicle sparking along concord police department evacuating the homes in minutes. fortunately, in all of this, no homes have been damaged and that is thanks in part to homeowners >> income the case of the threatened structures along montecito, if those homeowners had not abaited their weeds, the situation would have turned out

breaking news, that fire in concord is now 268 acres so it has grown in size but firefighters have better containment now. they have it now 80% contained and you can see a lot less smoke now in this sky 7 live picture as opposed to 15 minutes ago. >> it has forced people in the montecito and crystal ranch neighborhoods to evacuate. police went door to door to get everyone out safely.

his bank refused to cut it off and we found out why and finally put a stop to the fraud. mark crane knew he had never been to this 7-11. all of those charges on his credit card statement. someone else spending his money. then, he saw this. google music and that was the one that stuck out. >> reporter: the crook used mark's credit card to subscribe to google music. mark's credit card company reversed the charges. google music was still charging his credit card every month even with the new account number.
