screen. police still shot them off for hours. the view from our tower camera showing you what happened in the mission district after sunset. it's not just, you know, little sparklers or bottle rockets. these are almost professional-grade pyrotechnics. to the county fire in napa and yolo counties. rugged terrain making it difficult for firefighters to get a handle on it. see the charred area in red. cal fire says it's spreading to the north in places crews can't get to. the yolo county sheriff's office has lifted evacuations, although a stretch of highway 128 is closed. as of this morning the fire is up to 86,000 acres. containment now at 27%. and firefighters are confident they will have this fully contained by tuesday. >> it is 4:30. just joining us, let's get an update on weather and traffic starting with meteorologist mike nicco. the full wind shift yesterday brought all of us clean air. you can see from the visible

satellite yesterday all the smoke was moving through the central valley up into the sierra and that's what's going to happen today. herere lest conditions, about 59 degrees, humidity 74% and calm to about 7 mile per hour winds. as we head throughout the day, the winds are going to pick up especially during the afternoon and into the evening hours and they're going to hit around 20 to 25 miles per hour which is not going to help the firefighters but push the smoke away from us once again, especially into the central valley. you can see from about stockton southward to bakersfield, unhealthy air. traveling that way, be careful. >> we're taking a look at the bay bridge where i mentioned a minute ago a high wind advisory. right there the flags aren't looking too bad but the cash paying lanes are stacked up a little bit on the left-hand side of the span. headed towds t bridge. no majors delays and no metering lights as of yet. pretty great all the even out of the central valley. we are expecting hopefully light traffic today, the day after the holiday.

arresting a suspect less than 24 hours after the crime. 61-year-old security guard rolando romero was face timing his wife in the philippines when working his job at fitzgerald avenue. now this was monday morning. suddenly he realized he had been shot. romero died at the hospital. on tuesday officers took cardell coleman into custody and booked him on a homicide charge. >> these men, who does this thing? i hope he do have a conscience. you know, to think that he -- no one he killed is a person not to have that kind of death. he doesn't deserve that. >> again, his sister tells us that she thanked officers for their quick work. happening now, secretary of state mike pompeo is traveling to north korea looking for answers about its nuclear plans, this is pompeo's third trip. he will try to get answers about kim jong-un's intentions after new intelligence suggested his
