surveillance cameras captured these images at the u.s. bank inside the safe way at san ramon boulevard. police believe this man is the faux badge bandit that hit several banks in the area describing him with a fair complexion and acne scars, 6'1", 260 to 270 pounds, between 40 and 50 years old. fremont police have arrested a man from exposing himself in several incidents in the east bay. he's identified as joseph ironteeth angelle. he's due in court tomorrow on six counts and police say more charges could be added. investigators looking into a deadly on the job accident in palo alto. we show exactly where this happened at middlefield road and oregon expressway and parking lot of crossroads community church. see it there on our technology

on sky map7, traffic lanes were closed for several hours as a result of this. abc7 news reporter, chris, has the story. >> reporter: outside the crossroads community church in palo alto, investigators spent the day looking into a work site accident that left a construction worker dead. a palo alto police sergeant on patrol quickly jumped into action after being flagged down by the victim's co-worker. >> he was immediately able to go into the parking lot, assess the situation to see if he could do anything to help medically and call twitter officers in the area. >> reporter: the victim died on scene after being trapped underneath a bobcat vehicle. the work crew, employed by casey paving was at the church to seal the parking lot. cal osha is looking into it. >> once the facts have been gathered they will decide if there are any violations of the

osha health and once it's decided they will decide the seriousness of the violations. >> reporter: the pastor, jake duckworth said he was the only person on site besides the work crew. in a statement, he said, our hearts break for those who lost a loved one in this event and our prayers with them as they mourn. the area was back open by late afternoon. >> we wanted to make sure any evidence at the scene we wanted to preserve it for osha's investigation, because we knew they would come in later since this was an incident that happened at a work site. >> reporter: cal-osha has up to six months to complete its investigation. casey paving did not return our request for comment. in palo alto, abc7 news. the suspected golden state killer, deangelo, was in court today along with some women he's accused of attacking.

let's go back to the update of the breaking news happening in union city we're following. crews have been working hard to extract a man from a cement mixer. he's been trapped about 2 1/2 hours. >> they were working to drain the cement. it's unclear how he got there. this is on the property of the united states pipe and foundry company. this is an active situation. it was hard to see. you can see arms and a gloved hand and working as hard as they can to get him out of there. >> of course, concrete dries and they don't want that around him with pressure around his body, very dangerous.

look at the frantic activity, trying to free this man as quick as they possibly can in union city on whipple road. he's been there about 2 1/2 hours. that's a long time to be trapped. they are very very anxious to get him out quickly. looks like the level of activity has picked up. they may be close. >> looks like they may have pulled him out. a chute area on the screen with the first responders around and they tied cables to him to keep him from sinking farther into the cement and trying to drain the cement so it didn't dry and he wouldn't be stuck there. >> we think he is out, from what we understand. that is confirmed. he is out. that's the good news. he'll be rushed to get treatment. we hope he's okay but having been trapped quite some time, that's almost -- you have seen people depicted in movies or

last saturday morning at 9:30. detectives previously pinged her cell phone north of santa cruz also and foul play is not suspected. last friday morning. she left portland last week and bound for lancaster. a $10,000 reward is offered for information on her whereabouts. authorities in ohio dropped all charges against porn star, stormy daniels, following her arrest last night. they took her into custody at a strip club and accused her of touching patrons. her attorney called the arrest a politically motivated sting operation. she is suing president trump over an alleged affair and her lawyer said they dropped the charges because the law applies only to someone who appears nude or semi-nude at a club.
