that's all they could say. he was arrested over the weekend. this video helped lead to the arrest of tracy daniels. bart passengers reported seeing him smoke meth on the trains. he was arrested sunday. the viewer says he often sees daniels harassing the merchants and was appalled by the video of him smoking. >> right in front of everybody like i don't care, deal with it. >> reporter: he wasn't arrested for the smoking. officers took him in because there was an awarrant out for his arrest accusing of him being an accessory to a crime. but other passengers are relieved not having to deal with the smoking for now. >> he needs to be somewhere where they can do a real evaluation what his needs are. >> had residue of it, the smell of it affects other people. and especially if you have kids
