we're back now with dramatic police bod we are back now with some dramatic police body cam video from las vegas. watch as an officer in a high speed chase fires his gun through the windshield. the suspect in that ford expedition were apparently shooting at him. the chase ended when the suspect's vehicle crashed into the wall of an elementary school. a police official says a cop is allowed to fire within his vehicle during a chase if there is a threat to human life. he adds he is lucky the suspects didn't hit bistanders. people in hawaii have been

patrick, one of the headlines in helsinki says trump o, putin 1. what is the reaction back in russia as far as you know? >> reporter: good morning. yeah, i mean overwhelmingly positive in russia. they feel that vladimir putin came away from that summit you know an obvious winner because ultimately he went there and came back more or less more than you could hope for with an american president basically agreeing with russia's p perspective and this narrative they have been pushing for years, the u.s. is very much to blame for the very current, poor relations that exist between russia and the u.s., back home in russia, they're very pleads. the russian foreign minister yesterday said it had gone fabulously, rather than soup were. i don't think i've heard the russian foreign minister praise something like that. >> he is usually reserved. the russians consider this a

win. were there specific thing they wanted to get out of this? do you feel they did get that? >> reporter: i think one of the main things we were hearing from russian officials before they came to this summit is that they wanted to basically try and establish normal communications with the u.s. and that they could try and move past this confrontation they'd been having since russia invaded ukraine in 2014. i think on that count with president trump, they've succeeded more than they could have perhaps hoped for, because president trump appear to basically accept that point of view and decide to try and move on from it. i think what should be said, though, of course, they may not have quite counted on the severity of the reaction back in the u.s. and the uproar that its caused. so the question now is whether president trump will be able actually pursue this detente he has been trying when there is so much outrage back in the u.s. >> i assuma, the russians are concerned, this is the dialogue
