happened. 17 died. they range in age from 1 to 70. this morning we're learning nine of those victims were family members. abc news reporter emily rau has the latest. >> branson, missouri is a popular vacation spot and riding the ducks is a favorite past time for tourists, but thursday night the boat tour turned tragic. at a vigil on friday evening, the branson community gathered at a church to honor the 31 people onboard. two people are critically injured and 17 are dead including nine victims from the same family. >> my head pushed up to the top of the water and i couldn't see anybody, and i know it wasn't, it felt like i struggled for at least an hour, but it was probably, like, ten minutes, and i remember i kept sinking. i >> video shows the violent waves churning up against the tour boat with a thunderstorm watch issued just 30 minutes before. the ntsb and coast guard are

to attend. this morning the search for the person who murdered a mother of four. she was found in her richmond apartment. coworkers went looking for 38-year-old kishana harley after she didn't show up for work. abc 7 news reporter katie utehs has more. ? she was a really good person. >> he wants to give a voice to his friend and former coworker kishana harley. >> whatever the reason was she didn't deserve to die. >> he used to work with harley at the social security administration office in richmond. coworkers say she left for lunch with a man earlier this week and then failed to return. eventually they went to her apartment in richmond. >> when they got there the door was kind of ajar, like you may have already heard, and there was blood on the outside, blood all, you know, blood everywhere. >> richmond police are investigating and releasing few details of the crime and they m did a welfare check and they found the victim deceased with trauma rushed back and when i got here, i found out

that apparently she was actually killed in her house, but someone left the gas open. >> reporter: harley described herself on linkedin as someone who has overcome homelessness and domestic violence. she wanted to advocate for change. neighbors wonder who would kill a mother of four. >> if it was somebody that was just walking around and saw her coming into her home and just attacked her. >> if you have any information contact the richmond police. in richmond, katie utehs, abc 7 news. a suspected serial bank robber who targeted five bay area banks may be dead. the faux badge bandit was uponed in connection with two robberies in the east bay and cupertino along in southern california and the sacramento valley. a man matching his description was found dead in santa barbara county. he had robbed a bank and locked himself in a nail salon

bathroom. when they finally got in he was dead of a gun shot wound. a surprising find in local wine. there are radioactive particles from the fukushima french researchers found a radioactive ice sotope in 18 bottles from wean from napa. they came from the fukushima daiichi nuclear power plant that was devastated by the 2011 earthquake and tsunami. the golden gate park golf course is open for business and it comes less than three weeks after the fire destroyed the clubhouse that was built in 1951. crews removed it and there's a temporary one in its police. it is still not clear what started the fire. >> happening today, residents in contra costa county can learn basic safety training skills at the la miranda safety fair.n how to prepare for the next emergency or disaster.

the new evacuations include the small towns of foresta and old el portal as well as the yosemite view lodge, a popular hotel. the park is open if you're headed to yosemite this weekend, you'll need to fiend a different route. the fire jumped the merced river and has spread to the national forest. this is time lapse vid why just hours before it crossed. this morning the fire has burned 24,000 acres and is just 7% contained. a mountain bike rider is in the hospital this morning after tumbling down a 50-foot cliff. it happened at china camp state park in san rafael around 3:30 yesterday arch. crews called a helicopter to help with the rescue. the man was conscious and alert while being transferred to marin general. this is the second incident involving a mountain bike in three weeks. highway patrol officers are trying to figure out how an suv went off a cliff. it landed on a san mateo county beach. take a look. the car went through a guardrail before landing on rocks near

here's a live shot in san jose where we're starting to see the clouds break up. temperatures are in the 50s and 60s. oakland, 60. san joss e 64 and half moon bay at 59 degrees and this time as we look over the east bay hills, you see some of those low clouds, as well, but we some clear conditions in some inland areas and that's where temperatures will warm up in fairfield, concord and livermore, we are already in the low to mid-60s right now. this time we're checking out the golden gate bridge which is covered in fog right now. so we've got the foggy and misty areas this morning. i had to use my wipers a few times in san francisco, but that will clear and we have typical summer weather this weekend and afternoon sunshine and a wide range of temperatures which means 60s at the coast to low 90s inland and right where we should be this time of year. in the next hour we'll still see the clouds into parts of the east bay and around the bay and

dropping to the 50s. in addition, if you're traveling through parts of central california, there is an air quality alert. there is smokey and unhealthful air due to the ferguson fire and it's quite spread from los banos through mariposa and fresno. we have the beautiful, typical summer pattern today. inland areas in the low 90s around the bay near 80 and at the coast low 60s. notice there's not much change and we're very close to average for the next few days. we have a slight warm-up midweek where inland areas will hit the mid-90s and then low 80s around the bay and low to mid 60s at the coast, but if you like the summer weather and you like the fog, head to the coast. if you like sunshine, head inounds frances, thank you. a surprising issue with a

new electronic payment system. a bay area man says he received somebody's money on zelle by mistake, but as 7 on your side's michael finney explains, it's not so easy to send it back. >> reporter: rick sheldon received a puzzling e-mail from hass bank one day. >> you have $100 from zelle, happy birthday was the message and it was not my birthday. >> he thought it was a mistake until he got another e-mail, this from a man in illinois saying the $100 was supposed to go to his daughter and he typed the wrong e-mail on zelle, could rick please send his money back. rick thought it was a scam. >> they send you money and you're supposed to send it somewhere else and the money des appears. >> rick tried to reject the deposit and he contacted his bank, wells fargo. >> they didn't know what to do. they'd never heard of this issue. >> he suggested $100 for the stranger and that didn't seemul reverse the transaction?

>> it will take 5 to 7 business days. >> i was told that my accounts were locked. >> immediately my alarm bells were ringing that someone had hacked my account. >> then the real culprit. >> are you aware of the $100 zelle transaction. wells fargo treated that deposit as a case of fraud which froze all of rick's beings. he couldn't access any of his money. >> it was an unbelievable experience. >> it came out of rick's account, but then it disappeared which brings us to the person who sent it in the first place. >> my kids are saying you have to get into the modern era. you don't send checks anymore. >> meet ian lee, he was trying to send his daughter $100 for her birthday. >> unfortunately, rec's e-mail address and hers are very, very similar. >> we introduced larry and rick via face time. >> hi, rick. i want to be the first to tell you, i'm really sorry. >> larry said he never did get
