an east bay congressman says he is angry and saddened after visiting one of the border detention centers this week. mark desonen ier made the trip with a group of female activists. they got to visit the facility, meet with families living there, and witness court proceedings. he couldn't believe what he saw. >> the most troubling thing i've seen in my life, as an american,
