you need to use it respectfully. >> right. >> people do stupid stuff like this, disrespect it and it ruins it for everyone else, because then fees start going up and up, and it's a drag. >> the person who owns the place said he wanted airbnb to give his cleaning lady a bonus. he wanted her to get 100 euros, which is about $116. but they only gave her half of that, saying, she didn't provide a receipt. well, that got out. and so, airbnb released a statement saying we gave her the full amount he wanted her to get, but they also said, look, airbnb bad experiences like this are rare and they said they do have the million-dollar host guarantee, meaning they will cover damage up to $1 million. >> the up side to this is that the homeowner can review the person that rented his property to alert other homeowners before he or she tries to stay somewhere else. >> there are three 20-somethings from spain and he's tried to contact them, but you know what, they haven't replied. like 32 meters, and apparently, once you let go, it

want to have. >> yeah, normally when you see flames on stage like that, it's the pyrotechnics and it's lit. >> no pyrotechnics at this show, but it's still lit. in fact, you see the embers just flying out into the crowd. this incident being captured by several cameras, including this one right next to the stage where you see the fire on the ground. according to reports, there were several firefighters on hand, and they were able to control the fire before it got any bigger, but it turns out that the whole thing was started because of paper decorations. this cutout. they touched one of the lights, and as soon as that happened, it ignited the whole thing. >> yeah, those big, hot stage lights, right? you know if the concert was able to continue? >> well, luann doesn't miss a beat. in fact, even after he realizes there's a fire, he continues singing as he starts walking to the back of the stage. ♪ but nobody was injured.
