police finally have in custody a guy they've been looking for. i'm not talking about a vicious criminal. i'm talking about an innocent victim. >> oh, that's a teeny, tiny, little victim. >> oh. >> i'm assuming the baby didn't walk off. >> no. what happened was that passersby saw an abandoned baby wrapped up in that black jacket that you see there. they called authorities. they came to pick the baby up. it was asleep and appeared to be calm. there were no visible injuries. he was taken to the hospital and they determined that he was relatively okay and was turned over to child protective services. once they did a dna match, they were able to determine that this was a 3-month-old baby to a 16-year-old who had been found murdered. >> wow. >> oh, my gosh. >> so, somebody killed her and took her baby? >> according to reports, both mother and baby were kidnapped together, had been missing for a few days. but a short time before this
