reports are that the person driving that car is drunk. they swerve and, boom, they crashed into this 12-year-old girl, sending her smooth through that brick wall. what happens next is absolutely despicable. because you see the door open, and one man hops out, another man hops out. now, at first, it looks like they're looking around to figure out how to help, but no, one by one, they wander off. then the door opens again and another man steps out. looks like he's holding his phone. oh, are you calling for help? nah. let me just meander about so i look like i'm a bystander. suddenly, a fourth person hops out and they also move over. so that they don't look like they're part of the accident. >> nobody looked to see if she needed help. >> well, this woman comes running out horrified. the girl's parents did rush her to the hospital where doctors confirmed she'd broken her left foot and had bruising all over her body. she's still receiving treatment and the driver has been arrested on drunk driving charges. >> good. geez. >> wow. this next driver also

reportedly drunk. >> whoa! >> man. >> wow. >> yes. this driver is coming up the street. out of nowhere, a drunk driver reverses at a high speed. goes crashing into that car sending it up on the sidewalk. >> seconds earlier, somebody went by on a bicycle. >> yes. >> there's pedestrians on the sidewalk. did it miss all those people? >> fortunately it did miss all the people. reports are the drunk driver was taking his friends home when he blacked out. crazy enough the driver that was involved in the crash got out of his car, noticed the driver that hit him was unconscious, called the police. local authorities took him to the hospital where he remained drunk and incoherent and came to hours later. yeah. police confirmed he was over the legal limit. failure is essential, right? you learn from your mistakes. that's all well and good but not all mistakes are created equal. >> have fun, buddy. >> especiallyhen ying suiting because mistakes here can prove fatal.
