>> reporter: this morning central london on lockdown after a car deliberately crashed into a security barrier outside britain's houses of parliament during the morning rush hour. >> that would appear to be the car. >> reporter: the bbc catching this video of the car speeding up before it crashes. >> he was going maybe 40 to 50 miles an hour, maybe more. didn't swerve into it. it was a direct hit. >> reporter: one witness said a group of cyclists were waiting at a light when a car ran into them. they said the driver made no attempt to slow down. >> i think a cyclist was injured. re rushed to the hospital as police swooped in to arrest the driver of the sedan on suspicion of terror offenses. police swarmed this area immediately.there are dozens of and fire trucks and overhead

in college park, maryland the storm uprooting trees damaging cars and homes. >> the wind was nasty. it was probably hurricane force. all the trees were bent sideways. i thought i'd lose a lot more. >> reporter: robin, this building is now condemned and needs to be torn down. the mayor of the town telling me the flooding has been historic. robin. >> quite a scene. erielle, thank you. let's go to ginger for the latest. there are new concerns about a flash flood emergency this morning? >> happening right now. looking at some of the warnings from skylar and seneca counties in western new york and the numbers are high as far as how much rain has fallen. you're looking at people being rescued from their homes. they're trapped and officials are getting them out. of course we have flash flood warnings in the red in parts of pennsylvania. remember, pennsylvania had its wettest july on record and now more rain for this beginning of august. all this moisture is pulling into this front that has not moved. it's barely budged over the last three days and wonl.

>> thank you, ginger. we turn to the battle between the white house and former aide, omarosa manigault-newman. president trump blasting her as vicious after she released a secret recording of a conversation they had shortly after she was fired. our chief national affairs correspondent tom llamas is here with more on the fallout. good morning, tom. >> michael, good morning to you. the president taking on the former aide he helped make famous, tweeting eight times about her yesterday all throughout the day. now omarosa herself is upping the ante. >> reporter: this morning omarosa's war with the white house escalating. the former adviser to the president now claiming she's been contacted by the special counsel and, if they call again, she's ready to share her secret recordings. >> anything mueller would like to see? >> if his office calls again, i'll share. >> reporter: omarosa secretly taping the white house chief of staff, john kelly, and the

details. it used to be part of the production staff for "the apprentice" and they took it on themselves to actually document this so that they could actually expose him for the racist that he is. >> reporter: overnight the president slamming the allegations, saying on twitter he spoke with the executive producer of the show. mark burnett called to say there are no tapes of "the apprentice" where i used such a terrible and disgusting word as attributed by wacky and deranged omarosa. i don't have that word in my vocabulary and never have. she made it up. in her book omarosa delving into the president's marriage writing she believes the first lady is counting every minute until he is out of office and she can divorce him. the first lady's office responding, mrs. trump rarely, if ever, interacted with omarosa. it's disappointing to her that she's lashing out and retaliating in such a self-serving way, especially

after all the opportunities given to her by the president. the white house said the book is full of lies and false accusations. we want to point out many allegations in the book are in stark contrast to what omarosa has said in multiple interviews over multiple years defending the trump family and the president. >> the president apparently acknowledged nondisclosure agreements for white house staffers. are those enforceable? >> right. he actually tweeted about this yesterday saying omarosa had signed one. we know in private sector ndas are very common. the president used it all the time at trump org. in the private sector it's a different ball game. experts say they have no teeth. >> we'll see. thank you, tom. now to the new fallout at the fbi. agent peter strzok who worked on the hillary clinton e-mail investigation and russia probe has been fired after facing scrutiny for text messages about then candidate donald trump. our chief justice correspondent pierre thomas has the story this morning.

we know the president's team responded already narrowing the scope. rudy giuliani saying i think we have mueller on the run. they expect to hear back from mueller this week? >> david, giuliani claims he told the special counsel the conditions with regard to whether the president would agree to an interview in written form or otherwise and said he's waiting on mueller to respond. david, this has been a moving target for months, so we'll see. >> pierre thomas, thanks to you. >> thank you, david. new developments into the new mexico compound where children were found starving and allegedly being trained to carry out school shootings. the suspects now released on bond. gio benitez has the latest. good morning, gio. >> reporter: hey, michael. good morning. a new mexico judge ordered the release of the five suspects arrested on child abuse charges and were alleged to have been training the children to carry out school shootings. now the suspects two men and three women were arrested last week at a compound in new mexico where authorities rescued 11

investigation is under way in london after a driver plowed into cyclists and ran into a security barrier. multiple people injured. thankfully no one killed. the suspect in custody. also breaking overseas, a deadly highway collapse in italy during a sudden storm in the northern city. italian authorities say about ten vehicles were involved. emergency crews are on the scene. and as thousands of firefighters battle those flames in california, we have an incredible rescue. these police officers working with the staff of an animal shelter to frantically save dozens of dogs and cats as the flames close in. you can see them running from cage to cage to save the animals. police say they've got almost all of them out. a few cats missing were in a building protected by fire crews. they are okay as well. g rky po

cal >>ou c s the fear in the animals too. >> you can hear it. this story is pretty unbelievable. we're going start this half-hour with that plane scare, a second one now in a matter of days. someone actually stealing another jet leading to a deadly crash. this time it happened in utah where police say a husband flew that small jet into his own home after a domestic violence arrest. kayna whitworth has more. we know some of his family members were inside the home. >> david, good morning. his wife and son were inside the home at the time of the crash. police say that duane youd crashed into it. this morning we're learning of a phone call he made to his son and daughter who were in the home but left before the crash. >> reporter: overnight abc news obtaining this video which allegedly shows youd leaving the airport at nearly 2:30 a.m. >> the whole house.

>> reporter: just a few minutes later youd crashing this plane into his own home in this suburban neighborhood, sparking a massive explosion. >> the house is fully involved. >> reporter: flames tore through the house inside. youd's wife and son in the house, miraculously able to escape. youd, in the aircraft, died. >> i have never seen anything like this. i hope to never see anything like this again. >> reporter: youd reportedly called his two biological children who lived inside the home and told them to go stay with their mother. they complied. the night before the crash youd was arrested on suspicion of assaulting his wife around 7:30 p.m. at about midnight he returned to the home to get his belongings. two and a half hours later photos of the wreckage show the plane charred and in pieces in the front yard along with a crushed car. lieutenant ryan porter of the payson police department said he's known youd for 30 years.

the bombshell claims that have rocked college football, that meyer's former ohio state assistant coach, zach smith, abused his now ex-wife and that the famed head coach may have known about it but did nothing. >> he picked me up by my neck and threw me on the ground and screamed at me, look what you've turned me into. >> reporter: monday courtney smith had her day with investigators meeting with the team hired by the university's board of trustees to look into meyer's handling of the allegations. her attorney telling abc news courtney is thankful for the support she has received during this time. zach smith denies he abused his wife but told espn that he spoke about the allegations with meyer in 2015. >> i laid it all out for him. i said apparently my ex-wife is trying to get me charged with domestic abuse. >> how did he respond to that? >> he said, i swear to god, zach, if i find out you hitter, her, you're done, you're fired. >> reporter: this morning smith faces allegations he failed to

good morning, victor. >> good morning, michael. right now michael drejka is in jail being held on $100,000 bond after state prosecutors reviewed the case as well as two prior incidents involving the improper exhibition of firearms and decided to charm him with manslaughter. >> reporter: the fatal shooting caught on surveillance outside a florida convenience store in july. michael drejka firing and killing markeis mcglockton in what he called self-defense. drejka walking away without any charges, but this morning a prosecutor says this was manslaughter. >> i was happy. i was ecstatic about it. i'm sorry it took so long. >> reporter: mcglockton inside the story buying snacks with his son. his girlfriend was parked outside with their two other children. drejka approached jacobs berating her about parking in a handicapped shot. when mcglockton returns, he shoves drejka to the ground and steps back.

we are back now with that man getting close to wildlife. we've seen incidents like this before. ream wading he water to on live take ptus of bears while they were feeding in alaska. diane macedo joins us now. he and others may be facing criminal charges here. >> yeah, it still makes me nervous just looking at the video. these are grizzly bears. it's illegal to get too close while they're feeding. police say that didn't stop them from entering a closed off area all to get some photos. turns out while one was getting the bears on camera he got himself on camera streaming live. >> reporter: it's a scene out of a nature film. i group of wild bears in a national park extinguishing for salmon. then watch as a man suddenly appears inching dangerously close to the unsuspecting bears. he reaches into his pocket, pulls out a camera, and starts snapping shots of the bears.

he even turns his back to them to take a selfie. still not satisfied he wades closer to the bears to take more photos. while that man was watching the bears, an online audience was watching him on a streaming nature webcam, and those viewers alerted park officials who tracked him down. >> bears are territorial. they're focused on their fishing activities. having people in that area is extremely unsafe. >> reporter: park visitors are required to be at least 50 yards from bears while they're feeding. the man in the video and two others are facing charges of reckless endangerment and harassing wildlife. >> for these individuals to be in this area could have gone south very quickly. these are wild bears. they will behave as bears do. >> reporter: it's the latest close call between man and beast this summer. >> oh god. oh, no, no, no. >> reporter: earlier this month a man got out of his car and was

caught on camera taunting a huge bison at yellowstone national park. >> i can't watch! also escaped without injury but is also now facing charges of harassing wildlife. that man pleaded not guilty. police have identified the suspect in the bear incident but the park services said this is an isolated incident. >> what is going on? in this case, weren't they in a restricted area where they shouldn't have been with the bears? >> they actually block off this area for a month so bears can feed undisturbed ahead of winter. the park services said sometimes judging the 50-yard rule can be difficult. sometimes you only have one path to get through and the bears happen to be there. in this case it sounds like it was obvious they were in an area they were not supposed to be. you're not only putting yourself in danger but you're also putting the bears in danger. >> turning your back to the bears to take a selfie. >> not the smartest.

think about this as a normal uterus. with adenomyosis you have these glands sink down and make the middle layer much thicker. this is something that a lot of times slips under the radar. you can diagnose it surgery. when we get an mri or ultrasound, we can get hints a woman has it, but it can go under the radar. >> what are the chances being able to carry to term? >> that's an unknown. in order to have a live birth, you need a lot of things going the right way. when you have a woman with multiple miscarriages you have to look at a lot of things. this is something that affects a lot of women. which we see a lot in older women. once we can diagnose it, it's about managing and trying to take a diffe fertility. >> what are the symptoms? >> mostly pain and bleeding. again, you've heard me say this before, robin, women are not taken seriously when they
