showed acts of violence on the h behalf of the terrorist organization. he was tracked down today in sacramento. >> the fbi joint terrorism task force and the sheriff's department arrived at the eastern villa apartments. >> the neighbors are from iraq. >> another neighbor didn't want to go on camera but described what she saw. >> there's a family with children, about 10 to 15 people huddled upstairs on the patio. there were several fbis, highway patrol. and a woman up there. >> agents took boxes of possible evidence out of the apartment. then a court document was released stating iraq made a normal request for the extradition of omar amin. he's charged with murder.

they say a convoy pulled up to the victim's home and people began shooting. the victim returned fire. the document goes on to aamin fired the gunshot that killed the man. court documents say amin has been a member of al qaeda and then isis since 2004. >> well, hundreds of firefighters gathered at the spokesmana county airport in santa rosa today to pay their respects to matthew br irks chettes body. the 42-year-old battalion chief died after getting hit by a tree last week. >> and -- we're getting a new look at the ferocity of the carr fire tornado which we just now fount found out it killed a firefighter. the fire created a fire tornado of flame, ash, and combustible gas. the tornado was about the size

of three football fields at its base. a report released today said ed germany stoke got caught in the tornado. he was driving when he made an emergency call saying he was getting burned over and needed a water drop. crews tried to get to his location but got no response. >> all evacuations were lifted today in the carr fire. it has consumed 3358,000 square mile. it's 69% contained. eight people died in the wildfire that destroyed more than a thousand buildings. >> investigators believe they've traced the origin of the car fire from sparks of a flat tire scraping the road ace sir fast. they realize it was an accident and don't blame the person. she enkurgeds people to write letters in support of the couple and more than 90 letters arrived in two days.

(car door closes) (sound of engine starting) . there was a major power outage tonight at reagan national airport. the airport continued operations on generators but it slowed things down. the outage lasted about two ours. >> a 61-year-old man is recovering tonight following a shark attack on the east coast. take a look. there is video from the scene on cape cod, massachusetts. the man told authorities he was in the water about 90 feet off shore when a shark attacked him. a helicopter took him to the hospital for puncture wounds to his hip and torso. experts say sales may be attracting sharks to the area. >> a little north bay girl is being alloyed to attend school due to a court order.

she takes cannabis based medication but those type drugs are banned from the campus. >> reporter: the first week of kindergarten for brook has been quite a change. for the first time she's being allowed to attend public school in santa rosa through a court order. she's been adjusting to a new location, and new kids, but she's really enjoying it. >> reporter: requires special care as she suffers from a rare condition that causes her to have seizures. this scary episode caught on camera during a recent family trip. her family has resorted to cannabis oil for treatment. i think as a parents you do whatever you can for your child. the cannabis is keeping her alive. so why wouldn't i want her to have it wherever she goes? >> state and federal laws ban cannabis and other similar drugs from school campus, even for
