the identity has not been confirmed, however, we believe it to be the body of mollie tibbetts. >> reporter: authorities also announcing in addition to finding the body, a suspect is now under arrest. cristhian rivera, a 24-year-old man who police say was in the u.s. illegally and living in the same county where mollie tibbetts disappeared. rivera now in jail charged with first degree murder. officials revealing that surveillance video provided detectives with images of a suspicious vehicle. >> we identified that vehicle belonging to mr. rivera and then we located him, interviewed him and subsequently he led us to her location. >> reporter: the 20-year-old university of iowa student disappeared on july 18th. last seen going for a run in brooklyn, iowa. when she did not show up for work the next day, her co-workers got worried and her family reported her missing. according to police, rivera was brought in for questioning on monday. >> he tells us he ran alongside her or behind her and then at

one point he tells us that mollie grabbed ahold of her phone and said you need to leave me alone. i'm going to call the police. and then she took off running. he in turn chased her down and then he tells us that at some point in time he blacks out. >> reporter: the suspect worked at a local farm for four years. yarrabee farms has now released a statement saying rivera was vetted through the e-verify system and was an employee in good standing. the farm says it keep records on all employees and has shared them with authorities. authorities are not yet commenting on the motive for mollie's murder. prosecutors in colorado are deciding whether to seek the death penalty against a father charged with killing his pregnant wife and their two young daughters. chris watts did not enter a plea during his court appearance, only answering yes, sir, when he was asked whether he understood the charges. in the meantime, his wife's father, you see him there, broke down in court. watts was allegedly having an

reporting live in oakland, amy holyfield. it is now 4:30. let's talk more about that track of the hurricane. mike is standing by. you've been looking at this all week. what does it look like now? >> looks impressive, doesn't it? very donut shape, very tight. wind gradient. that's why it increased in strength up to a major category 5. we're starting to see weakening. you notice the red starting to shrink a little bit. that is going to be the case. it is supposed to weaken as it heads up towards the big island. should be there, passing right by at 11:00 tomorrow evening with at least 110 miles per hour winds. it will skirt maui and just barely miss kauai at least the eye. your in that northern quadrant which is where the fastest winds will be and the heaviest rain.
