actions reflect a pattern of lies and dishonesty over a significant period of time. now, cohen's attorney clearly disagree with that saying the president has committed campaign finance crimes and that michael cohen's testimony implicates the president. >> the prosecutors didn't back that up in court yet at least. tom llamas, thanks very much. >> thanks, tom. now to that tragic news about mollie tibbetts. the iowa college student vanished a month ago. authorities say they have found her body and this morning what we know about the suspect taken into custody who was in the country illegally, so we want to go back to alex perez who is in brooklyn, iowa. good morning, alex. >> reporter: hey, good morning, paula. investigators say they had been working this case for weeks but it wasn't until they got that surveillance video from a resident's home that they were able to track down the suspect. now, the suspect, 24-year-old cristhian rivera, who authorities say was in the country illegally has been arrested and charged with first degree murder. mollie was last seen july 18th. authorities say the suspect spotted her while she was on an evening run, followed her and
