shannon fox, captured outside the u.s., wanted for death in 2009. >> want to commend our police department for sticking with it, investigating, tracking down mr. fox and bringing him to justice. >> reporter: menlo part mayor pete otalky remembers the case well. say fox was street racing, ran a red light, plowing into the xavier's family car, teresa was killed. fox was a suspect, never found. days after the tragedy, abc7 news attended a vigil at laurel elementary in atherton where teresa went. grandmother spoke through her tears. >> she was taken away but there is nothing to cry but only to remember and be happy all the things she has done.
