all be gone. our station in philadelphia reports. >> reporter: kate mcclure shielded her face as she drove away from her property. last week the judge ordered her and her boyfriend to turn over any remaining money raised on gofundme to john bobbitt. bobbi bobbitt's attorney says that the couple's attorney said there is no money left. despite saying this last week. >> we have said they will have a forensic accountant. they have have said they'll open up the books. what more can they do? i would urge everybody to withhold judgment until that's been made public. >> reporter: in an exclusive broadcast interview with me, john bobbitt claimed the couple spent much of the money raised on gofundme on themselves. >> i have to ask them for everything. in the beginning, it was a joke,

overseas a deadly typhoon has left a trail of destruction in japan. powerful winds ripped the roof off this building in osaka. that sent debris flying into electric wires creating a massive spark. at least ten people have died in this storm. hundreds are injured, roads washed out and nearly a million people are in the dark. forecasters say it's the most powerful storm to hit japan in 25 years. now to the fiery showdown over the supreme court with president trump's nominee facing a second day of some raucous clashes. brett kavanaugh is heading back to capitol hill where dozens of protesters were dragged away in handcuffs. you see the live pictures there of the capitol in the early morning hours. probably some congressional aides still going through the tens of thousands of documents at this hour. today he will have to answer questions from senate democrats, demanding to review more of those records. abc's janai norman with more.
