reported from the national hurricane center across parts of north and south carolina. tornado watch boxes are up as the tropical storm interacts with land. it will cause the possibility of tornadoes. we've already seen multiple reports of flash flooding, heavy clouds with the rain. packing winds of 60 miles an hour, moving so slowly at five miles an hour, tomorrow afternoon, evening, it's over south carolina still as a tropical storm. then weakening to a depression. making the turn toward the northeast. the biggest thing with this storm is additional 20 to 25 inches optical rain with a life threatening storm surge and flooding will comet. larry? >> thank you. the american red cross is organizing relief. you can make a $10 donation by texting the word florence to 90999. >> we now know what went wrong when a utah firefight was

canada. something really cool happened there a year and a half ago. 16 bison were reintroduced to the area where they have been absent for 140 years. >> it's not so much absent but wiped out. >> looks like they are happy with the new surroundings. >> they were fruitful and mullfullied. >> the 16 bison have given birth to two crops of calfs now with a total of 31 animals. giving them opportunities to eat the natural forage, to learn to cross the river, to go up the steep mountain slope so it isn't a huge shock to them when they are released. >> oh, thank you for bringing us home. >> what we're about to see are the first steps that these bison took into the wild when they cut the fencing back at the end of july. you have some men with tears in their eyes about to witness something that is pretty incredible. they take the fencing down -- >> what a gratifying program to be a part of.

school buses over 45 days in 8 cities across quebec. you figured it out already, nick, haven't you? >> i don't see how you don't automatically see the slowing bus. it's not that hard. but it is that hard time after time after time of cars, trucks, they go zipping by. in some cases, and in some of the clips, you will see right before little kids start walking across the street. >> that's crazy because they are treating this stop sign as a suggestion. they're not even yielding. they're not being careful. some of the people are driving so fast. >> let's not forget that's just a little stop sign. you still have this, what, 50-foot bright yellow school bus with flashing lights on the top, on the back, you cannot miss these things. >> in this case, the school bus has been turned into a smart bus from the guys at bus patrol.

that's why we have this camera and why we have this footage. once the stop sign comes out, they record, analyze and confirm and send it to the police. now, nobody in this video received any tickets or anything like that because this is a pilot project which was authorized by the quebec government. but i think this is a great idea. and i think as a technology improves, the hd quality improves and the license plate reading technology maybe gets more in. this could be a way to stop these people from killing all these children. a family gathers together for a big occasion. >> because really what they want to do is insanely special. >> the sweet story behind one out-of-the-world sendoff. and digging into -- >> 40 jumbo wings doused in habanero sauce. >> see if he can go into full-on beast mode to conquer the challenge.
