let's take a look at the fire danger. it's not only in our neighborhoods but spread into the northern part of the central valley. it will last a little bit longer, through 7:00. 2.2 million people. as far as what's going on for us, check this out. we've got 70 in monterey. we have low to mid-90s through the central valley. 74, san diego. 82 down in los angeles. 101, palm springs. 82, yosemite. a quick look at what's going on in tahoe, above ample at mid to upper 70s. a car believed to be involved in a deadly hit and run in santa rosa. a driver took off after hitting a man 9:30 at stoney these are from surveillance cameras. a white sedan possibly with a spoiler on the back. the car should now have major damage to its front end. santa rosa police are asking anyone with information to call them.
