investigation before her court drama live from washington. >> 10:00 a.m. tomorrow is when the gop says blasey ford will have to tell them whether or not she will testify on capitol hill monday. senator republican leaders are threatening to move forward with the public hearing monday with or without kavanaugh's accuser. >> we are not cancelling any hearing until the last minute. i don't know what the last minute is but until the last minute in hopes that she will take us up. >> before she testifies she continues to assist the fbi investigate her alleged sexual assault when the two were in high school in the 80s. lawyers saying that a hearing is not a fair or good faith investigation. the rush to a hearing is is unnecessary and contrary to the committee discovering the truth.

position. >> a hospital spokesperson tells me all three people are still in the hospital. the man who was unconscious is in critical condition. park police is in charge of this investigation. a spokesperson tells me they don't know anything about these people if they are local or if they were visiting. a firefighter on scene this morning said it appeared to him they were probably in their 20s and drinking may have been involved. abc 7 news. authorities say a woman shot and killed at least three people at a distribution center for rite-aid. at wuchb thousand employees work at this distribution center. they have not said if it was connected to the

oakland police reported a man just discussed with a gun. officials say the suspect was taken into custody without force. and more developing news, the wait for many people just got a little bit longer. they say field offices across the state are experiencing technical difficulties that may effect transactions. we spoke with some people waiting in line at the san francisco dmv. >> they say they have no idea when it will open that the issue is state wide. they are not sure if it will be a couple minutes, couple of hours or a couple days. >> you heard him say no timetable how long it will take to fix and no word on what caused the glitch. one news viewer tweeted us about 20 minutes ago. they seemed to say that the

systems are starting to come back online slowly. the dmv is apologizing for any inconvenience. getting to or from treasure island is about to come at a cost. they report in 2021, so a few years from now transportation officials will be charging a $3.50 toll during weekdays and $2 off-peak on weekends. it will be $1 and free during off peak hours. the bay area and northern california are under a red flag warning this morning. hot, dry weather are raising conditions for possible wild fires to a critical level. open burning is prohibited and you're at vised to be careful. . a warning is in effect until 5:00 later today. late september and october is when we do enter the highest fire danger for the bay area.

north and the east. we'll have at least two days of warm weather. it starts in the south bay with some of the 90s around morgan hill this afternoon. low to mid-90s there. mid-to upper 80s there. 88 in san jose. can you imagine the board walk? 78 and sunshine in santa cruz. 78 is the cool spot on the peninsula. everybody else in the low to mid-80s. look at the coast. it will be breezy at times. temperatures in the upper 60s. we'll have mid-to upper 70s in downtown. south san francisco. average high is 70. definitely above average there. mid-90s cloverdale and northward. most of us out of the 70s and into the low to make sure you're prepared for
