another day of hot weather, especially inland. so take a look at the hourly temperature trend. antioch starting out at 60 degrees 8:00 p.m. you know you're going to feel the heat especially if you're inland tomorrow afternoon. right near the coast it's starting to break up a little bit and that's an indication that dry northerly wind flow is starting to develop and chew up that fog. a live look from our east bay hills camera and you can see that fog as we look back towards san francisco. foggy at the coast for the morning commute. high fire danger through tomorrow evening and autumn heat is with us for the next few days. first thing in the morning look out for that fog. it may actually be dense right along the coast. temperatures mid-40s to the upper 50s, clear skies inland.

and as we head into the afternoon get ready for a hot day in the south bay. 84 cupertino. on the peninsula 84 in mountain view to 70 in millbray. pretty mild weather there. downtown san francisco, 70 degrees. right near the coast in the north bay, 60s. this almost looks like the summer microclimates, but you see the 90s. 88 in vallejo, it's short sleeve weather for you. east bay, 79 in oakland, and 84 degrees in fremont. and you head inland and those temperatures are going to be well above average this time of year. shorts, short sleeve type of weather. but don't get too used to this idea. i want to show you two interesting systems. friday night some clouds approach. saturday afternoon, evening
