pope francis admits the catholic church's sex abuse scandals are driving away the faithful, especially young people. he was speaking in the tiny country of estonia. the pope said catholics are outraged and the church needs to change. his comments came the same day that german bishops revealed seven decades of sex abuse affecting nearly 3,700 victims. more than half the victims were under the age of 14. back here at home, the northeast is bracing for severe storms. take a look at the radar map for the storm activity, including damaging winds and hail along the i-95 corridor, interior northeast and upper ohio valley. torrential downpours caused flooding in parts of pennsylvania, new jersey, new york and connecticut. dozens of water rescues like this one were reported in the region. >> is fattha m roolsc
