los gatos and half moon bay. we have the red flag warnings continuing for north winds 20 to 30 miles an hour. that's the average. we'll see gusts higher. here's the highlighted areas. north bay hills, east bay hills and santa cruz mountains. and of course the possibility of fires to be ignited and spread. we're looking at those winds from 31 miles an hour, and then the gusts have been up to 54 miles an hour at mt. diablo. a warmer day, 70s by midday, coast and bay near 70 later on at the shoreline with 0s inland. the senateiay corett kavsjuwa wor what's been a public and contentious political battle.

oakland police hope someone will help them find people who shot two mihm. witnesses say two men in a black sedan drove up and shot at the women. one suffered a wound to the head. another was shot in the hand. this was around 3:30 yesterday afternoon. at this point there's no word on how they're doing. a post-ufc brawl led to three arrests in las vegas. conor mcgregor loss in ufc 229. he tapped out in the fourth round as he was being choked out right after habib jumped over

san jose 61, east of san jose wind gusts up to 59 miles an hour, 62 in morgan hill as well as pacifica. it looks beautiful, but certainly will be a breezier warmer day. really just a few cool spots in the 50s. 66 in napa, concord and livermore. with the wind last night, out towards vac aville, the relative humidity has dropped in some spots, but there is the time of day right before sunrise we get the highest relative humidity. we call that a recovery, and not much this morning. in san francisco at 38%. usually it's 9 on -- we'll have the relative humidity below 10% in some spots this time tomorro.

the wind is straight out of the north. gusty in fairfield. strongest winds are about right now, and then should dial back a bit. mt. diablo, mt. tam, you saw the camera shaking. here's a beautiful view from sandy cruz. you either like this time of year or get a little nervous, because october is always that month where we're the driest and could be the warmest and windiest. fog coming back likely late torn, reversing the wind flow. we are breezy. 4:00 still breezy, not as windy, but we'll be windy at the coast. into tomorrow morning, yeah, still 22-mile-an-hour winds. the rock and roll marathon series in san jose, upper 70s today 1:00. a wa 2 later on today.
