getting more dangerous as it nears the coast. these are live pictures of gulf shores, alabama. bracing for this hurricane. let's go to abc7 news meteorologist sandhya tracking what has become a monster storm. >> and a stronger storm, now a category 4. look at hurricane michael from the satellite perspective. a well organized storm. eye is well defined. category 4 maximum sustained winds of 130 miles an hour moving to the north at 12 miles an hour. landfall expected tomorrow morning as a cat 4 a the florida panhandle. it will weaken to a tropical storm drenching georgia, the carolinas, eventually weakening and moving out over the open atlantic. one of the biggest threats is the storm surge. look at what they can expect in that area. it is actual going to be a very serious situation. they're going to be looking at as that wall of water comes on shore, sorry about that, we're having problems with the graphics. they will be seeing rainfall

abc7 news reporter kate larsson was in napa tonight and has the story. >> cheers. >> with a clink and a toast, sig norrell la broke ground on a new state-of-the-art facility along the sdotrail. the fire took the winery from this to this. >> after about an hour this place was enveloped flames burned the winery down the hill. fortunately the grapes were spared since this vineyard acted like a fire break. even though the building that burned was just 20 yards away. >> the vine itself was quite lush. there's not enough there to burn. we didn't know that before the fires of last year but we were pleasantly surprised to see our vines 100% intact. >> reporter: ray says the fire wasn't their only battle. in the months after the fires, wine tourism essentially stopped.
