until 4:30. it looks like they are wrapping that up. we are seeing a little slowdown in the area. northbound side, two lanes blocked. next traffic update 4:40. south police officer responded to a gas station overnight. that sparked fears of possible credit card fraud. >> matt keller is live in sunnyvale to explain. matt? >> reporter: good morning, jessica and reggie. this is an interesting case. this is a crime scene. the department of public safety has put up tape around the pumps. you get up to the pump and you can see the screen is opened up on the pump. investigators are keeping this secure until the owners can get an expert to see what the suspects did in the wiring inside. here's video fromar morning. officers were looking at the credit card payment systems. they are investigating what the two were doing in the middle of the night. they were doing something with the wiring. one of them may be related to a

similar crime in another skate. credit card skimmers have been an issue in recent years in the bay area. we're not sure what you would call this. they're not skimming. they're doing something with the wiring inside. the gas station opens up at 6:00. it doesn't appear like they are going to do that with all crime scene tape. they have an expert coming a few hours later. officers will of course have more answers hopefully by the end of the day. matt keller, abc 7 news. >> matt, thank you. new details this morning on the investigation into a near miss at sfo. air canada plane almost landed on top of another plane has no voice recorder evidence. the air canada flight landed on a taxiyway with four other jets last year. it missed another jetliner by 60 feet. the national transportation safety board found air canada pilots did not report what

happened to their pwotboxes qui enough. voice box recorders capture two hours of conversations. a peeping tom is scheduled to be arraigned. this is in march when the suspect was initially arrested. the victim in berkeley reported seeing 56-year-old peeping into her window. he was arrested again after another berkeley woman reported a man had been peeping into her windows. a photo from a previous news article helped her identify the suspect. in the east bay, a former oakland police officer who took down chinese-american gang leaders has pleaded guilty to taking bribes. he spoke back in 1991 when he was a gang officer. he became a district attorney inspector. east bay times reviewed court documents unsealed yesterday. he helped in exchange for
