one resident here told us it was so windy it was hard to sleep. it was scare ay scary. it reminded her of last year. no wind. people are wondering why the people are back on. businesses are wondering how long they can afford to go without power. the grapes had been picked and now are ready to be destemmed and crushed which requires heavy machinery which requires electricity. >>it is a very busy time and pretty big inconvenience not to have power right now. >> reporter: at the frank family vineyards they moved the grapes into a dark stone building to try to keep them cool until the power comes back on. while we were visiting another truckload of grapes came in. they cancelled grape picking today while they try to deal with the grapes they had and they also closed their tasting room. >> our tasting room is very

important tour business and everybody else in the neighborhood too. >> the grocery store is also closed. lose some food because of the y outage. employees are staying home from work. what is your reaction to this? >> it is kind of sad after what happened last year. >> all seasons bistro brought in dry ice to try to keep their food from spoiling. it will only work for so long. >> if power isn't back on by 2:00 we are probably out 20 grand. >> there were concerns the winds could knock over a power line and start a fire. >> there are precautionary measures but getting word it will be 48 hours to upawards of five days is ridiculous. i'm dumbfounded. >> back at the vineyard there is talk of buying a generator if they are doing this every
