who wants to be a billionaire? the second largest lotto jackpot is up in just hours. people across the country are rushing to get their lucky tickets. thank you for joining us. it is the story everyone is talking about today. the mega millions jackpot hit an estimated $1 billion. the cash bayout a massive $565 million. it has been growing since july 24th. that's the day a group of coworkers won 543 million.

the nuns aren't providing birth control the state may have to pick up that burden. the judges today asked questions suggesting they agree with they let states sue which isn't the way the law works. i think the judge also clearly untd violating religious liberty isn't a reason for the government to act. >> the state attorney general released a written statement saying women are entitled to make their own health care decisions without interference from politicians or their employers. congress made it clear that all women and their families have the right to access cost free birth control under the aca also known as obamacare. no word on when the judges will rule only that the decision has

california's unemployment rate fell to a how last month. that's down from 4.2 in the previous five months. the state's development department says there were more than 14,000 new jobs last month. the professional and business services sector posted the biggest gains. educational and health services

i just checked the air quality and it's modern. under hazy sunshine. temperatures will climb today. they will stay that way tomorrow. cooling trend and brings us a slight chance of light showers next week. let's run it down in the south bay. low to mid-80s. even down to santa cruz. mid-to upper 70s. it is 73 to 79. one of our warmest days upper 60s to near 70. low to mid-70s downtown. even the north bay into the upper 60s. you're the last area. low to mid-80s if you're heading up through the north bay valleys. we'll have 76 to 79 degrees. as we move in how about 83 to 86 degrees. here is another look at the haze hanging over san francisco. you see noo get a couple of more hours of

warming. what a great evening. temperatures in the mid-to upper 60s. we'll be in the coast and all of us will fall into the 50s by the time midnight rolls a lot of fog along the coast. it is up along highway 101 in the north bay. we'll have temperatures in the upper 40s to mid-50s. here is nothing scary about this forecast. look at that. a lot of sunshine 80 degree temperature and then sunday we have got the undefeated and unfortunately la rams there in town. we could not come down a peg or two. full on sunshine. so be prepared for that. one more thing to look at. here is our first chance of rain tuesday. it looks impressive.
