a man is free after spending nine years in jail thanks to his brother, attorney in bay area. >> faced double murder charges in robbery, brother helped change longstanding california law. >> the story. >> reporter: outside of the fresno county jail, screams could be heard from inside the lobby after nico wilson walked out. 36-year-old arrested in 2009 for involvement in murder of couple in marijuana home robbery. one of six people in on the plot. however never left car or went into the house where the killings took place. still for nearly a decade faced murder charges under felony
