and several other injured after a train are wreck in tiwian. the express went off of the track tracks, and most of the people who died were in the first car when it flipped over. the train was going from taipei to a city in the southeast coast, and it is unclear what caused the derailment. new overnight, dozed eens f people are injured after this floor collapse at a party. it happened in clemson, south carolina. the first floor collapsed into the basement and the medics took 30 people to the ohospital, one from of the injuries appear to be life threatening, but other videos showed people jumping and dancing when the floor came out. many clemson students were celebrating after the homecoming victory over north carolina state. and after a scary ride in

temperatures in the 50s, and san francisco 52 and oakland is 56, and san ojose is 55 and pacifica is cooler at 53. and look g ting at the bay hill cameras, you can see the coolest parts are in the north bay like santa rosa, and novato has climbed up to a 52 and vacaville at 62, and they are getting more sunshine. and concord and livermore in the 50s. and at this time, we are looking at downtown san francisco and the clouds are obb securing the buildings there, and this is what you can expect today with the morning cloud and fog, and mostly sunny however this afternoon. the cooling trend that starts to today will continue through tuesday, and the temperatures may tumble by as much as 10 degree degrees in some areas. and this we will turn it around with a warming trend for the end of the week, wednesday through friday. and live view from mt. tam where where you see the low clouds in the area. there is a air quality advisory

through the day, but it has improved for some areas, and north bay and north and central coast bay are moderate for theday, but everyone improves tomorrow. the forecast animation with the fog still sticking around in the 10:00 hour, and through the north bay and around the bay, and then it is going to take this afternoon for them to clear, and notice by this evening, it is starting to push back in, and a little bit sooner, and then it is going to spread overnight as well, and little bit more widespread for tomorrow morning, and we will see the cool numbers as well. also, if you are headed to the game, the 49er game at 1:25, the temperatures are going to be nice and mild and plenty of sunshine. starting out at 70 and ends at 75 degrees. for everyone else around the bay area, look for the numbers to be same lar at the coa similar at the coast, and sli t slightly cooler elsewhere. we have 64 in in san francisco, and oakland is 77, and some of the warmest spots will hit

line. >> it is all about technique and efficiently and having the right stroke helps. >> reporter: the stroke with the deceptively slick pulls and casts has catapulted her to the top of the sport of fly cast i g she holds back-to-back world titles. >> what maxine has accomplished is unprecedented. she became the youngest world champion at the age of 12. >> reporter: and what is unusual is where where she honed the skills. not on the mighty rivers of the northwest, but in the angling club of north park. >> to have this facility in san francisco was just amazing. >> reporter: her dad glen is also a fly caster, and team ed her one with coach chris korich. maxine began to learn shifting the upper and lower parts of her body in unison with the wrist, and placing fly after fly into small circular targets.

skyline area of san francisco. and the cloud s as are starting thin out, and they will in the next few hours, and the forecast for today, and we are still the dealing with the lowering fog and this afternoon we will have a cooling trend starting the day tuesday, and then drop by as much as 10 degrees and things will turn around and have a warming trend for the end of the work week wednesday and thursday and back up possibly by even 10 degree degrees. this is a live shot of the golden gate bridge and you can see the low clouds out there. there is a air quality advisory through today, and the only areas of the modern air quality are the northern coast and s central bay, and other areas have improve and it is going to be good today, and the animation shows it is going to be for the clouds to clear with the stronger onshore flow, and then another 10:00, we will see the clouds around the bay, and we saw sunshine earlier on, and then as it clears back to the

coast, it is going to start push in earlier this evening, and then we will see the widespread fog overnight, and into the morning. it could be a tough commute for commuters in the north bay with the thick fog as well for monday. highs today are going to be comfortable in the south bay. look for some low 80s in morgan hill, and gilroy in the 80s and low 70s on the lower part of the peninsula, and menlo park at 71, and breezy at the coasts. that is where the clouds will stick around. and so san francisco is 64, and south san francisco is 67. a lot of 70s in the midday, and petaluna and sonoma at 75, and vallejo as well in the 70s. and we will see 69 at berkeley, and 70s elsewhere. oakland is 70, and freemont 177, a tnd the warmest spots inland will top off at 84 this afternoon. really nice day for the danville
