all right. we'll start with temperatures along the east bay shore. mid to upper 50s. 58 in oakland, hayward, union city. 46 in fremont. 57 in richmond and el tkr ebran at the. upper 50s in mountain view and san jose at 58. 52 in concord. 47 in santapacifica. you can see some of the fog that is out there. as you exercise today, you may notice a little more humidity in the air. hazy sunshine around the bay. and breezy after 3:00 at the coast. a look at our temperatures. 58 this morning. 66, hazy sunshine at noon. enjoy the low 70s this

here. >> this public notice on spenger's window california department of alcoholic beverage control says the parent company for joe's crab shack applied to open a restaurant at the spenger's location. the green monster built in 1952. it has been in disrepair for years. restoration will cost $40,000. so sunday you can contribute by watching pinocchio. tickets are 10 bucks. all the proceeds go to restoring the monster. now to the north bay, a big redevelopment outside the smart station will bring hundreds of jocks. you're looking at renderings of who the old state farm building will look like once construction is complete. there are plans to build hundreds of new apartments, offices and shops, as well as a
