federal authorities took 53-year-old into custody this morning. he was arrested at an auto parts story near miami. law enforcement officers were seen examining a white van. let's take a look at that if we can. the van was being hauled away. if we zoom in a little bit closer you can see it was covered with a tarp but auch off. now we want to switch over and they flying in sacramento right now where fbi and sheriffs department are on the scene at a post office where yet another possible mail bomb was found in the south part of the city. they paage was addressed to harris. a postal worker spotted a package that resembled others
