alive. matt keller, abc 7 news. >> thank you, matt. in the east bay, one of two suspects in the deadly "ghost ship" fire is expected back in the courtroom today. derrick almena's attorney will argue a judge wrongly rejected a plea bargain deal. a judge postponed it to today. they want a judge to rein state the agreement. another judge rejected it because he felt almena did not appear remorseful when victims' families spoke in court. he would plead no contest to 36 counts of involuntary manslaughter in exchange for a prison sentence. richmond police are warning of credit card skimmers found on gas pumps in that city.
