police say he was shot last night and that it happened inside his home in oakland the board. he was taken in a personal car but later transfer todred to th hospital. we did catch up with the mayor this morning and got an update. >> i hope that everyone has this family in their prayers. what a tragedy for a three-year-old child to be hanging onto aun unsecured firearm inside the home. that's all we are sharing right now. >> reporter: police say the shooting happened around 7:30

he had been on the fbi most wanted list second only to bin laden. investigators find another suspicious package. a suspected package bomb was intercepted yesterday. the fbi says it is similar to the 14 other packages allegedly sent by sayoc. he will have another detention hearing on friday. michael moore releasing footage at a rally for president trump in december of 2016. moore says this footage gives us a glimpse of him in action. he is holding an anti-cnnanti-cn sayoc had a picture of moore in cross hairs. exactly one week from today is election day.
