that has both disregarded its bargaining obligations and denied its employees fair wages and this couldn't be the furthest from the truth. they are demanding higher wages and were job security. tense moments after a college student got stabbed at a cafeteria on campus. officials say it could have ended much worse if it weren't for the cafeteria manager. a 19-year-old woman was having lunch at cabrillo college when she was attacked. she was randomly stabbed with a knife. the cafeteria manager said he didn't have time to think. he just jumped into action. college officials say what he did was inspiring. >> great to see people taking care of each other and acting as a community without pause to go think about what might happen to their own selves but thinking about how to prevent harm to others. >> the victim is now recovering at a hospital in san jose. the santa cruz county sheriff's

office said he had been harassing cafeteria staff members over the phone. the college got a restraining order against him two weeks ago. a lawsuit has been filed against the south san francisco unified school district for allegedly destroying evidence of a teacher's sexual abuse. joseph toy was arrested in august and charged him with molesting four students. the lawsuit filed on behalf of one of the students claims the then-principal ordered photos to be shredded and not to document the complaint. the law firm also claims another teacher warned the administration about toy's behavior several years ago. we have reached out to the district and we are waiting to hear back for a formal response. more problems for bart. we have shown you the man who met two chainsaws onto a train. we have this photo. in fact, someone tweeted me this last night. someone brought a full recycling
